Easy Peach Cobbler from Lonna Flodman
Ingredients
- 6-8 peaches, skins removed and sliced
- 2 tblsp minute tapioca
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- Handful of quick oats
- 4 tblsp butter
Directions
- Stir together the first 3 ingredients and put in a glass 9 x 13 pan.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, water and oatmeal (mixture will be very thick).
- Spoon over the peaches and dot with butter.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
