Weekly Recipe: Easy Peach Cobbler

Here's this week's Weekly Recipe:
Easy Peach Cobbler from Lonna Flodman

Ingredients

  • 6-8 peaches, skins removed and sliced
  • 2 tblsp minute tapioca
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • Handful of quick oats
  • 4 tblsp butter 

Directions

  1. Stir together the first 3 ingredients and put in a glass 9 x 13 pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, water and oatmeal (mixture will be very thick).
  3. Spoon over the peaches and dot with butter.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
