Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole from Economy Hometown Market

Ingredients

* 1 bag (30 oz.) Mr. Dell’s Hash Browns, thawed (or for a different variety, try Mr. Dell’s O’Brien Hash Browns)
* 2 cups cubed ham, bacon or 1 lb. browned sausage
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 6 tbls. melted butter
* 1 cup milk
* 12 eggs, beaten
* 1 tsp. salt
* ½ tsp. pepper
* 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

1. Combine hash browns, meat and shredded cheese.
2. Put in greased 9” x 13” pan.
3. Mix butter and milk together.
4. Beat eggs; then add milk/butter, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
5. Pour over potatoes, meat and cheese.
6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
